The station building is accessible from the platforms. The button for disabled access can be found near platform 1. Lifts to the platforms.

Assistance service at the station

The assistance point is located at the Tampere end of the station building, to the left of the main entrance, coming from the city centre. Drop-off traffic can get close to the assistance point. The taxi stand and bus stop are close by. There is no shelter at the assistance point.

To book assistance service, call VR customer service for accessible travel at 0800 188 822 (free of charge, service hours Mon–Fri 5am–10pm, Sat–Sun 7am–10pm) no later than 24 hours before your departure.
